3. Support Tickets
- Support tickets should be submitted only through the official support form.
- Do not include offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content in your messages.
- We aim to respond promptly, but response times may vary.
4. Payments
- All payments for services or products are processed securely through Stripe.
- EZ Krates does not store or process credit/debit card information.
- Any payment disputes must be handled directly through Stripe or by contacting us at support@ezkrates.com.
5. Software License
- The software is provided under more permissive “some-rights-reserved” or open source licenses.
- The license is included inside the application, or a link to more information is provided.
- The license is embedded in the application itself.
6. Account Termination and Deletion
- Users may terminate their account via the app interface or by contacting support.
- Account deletion or suspension occurs only under specific conditions, such as violation of applicable law or these Terms.
- Termination or suspension decisions are at the discretion of EZ Krates.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, software, and materials on EZ Krates are owned by EZ Krates or its licensors, unless otherwise licensed under open source terms.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use content without explicit permission, except as allowed under the embedded licenses.
8. Limitation of Liability
- EZ Krates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
- You use our website and app at your own risk.

- Users from other countries agree to comply with local laws when using our services.
- Personal data may be stored or processed in Canada or other countries where our servers or service providers are located.
